Tata Motors Cvbu - Customer Care Felicitated With Outstanding Excellence Award In Customer Service

ET Edge, a subsidiary of The Economic Times, founded to empower multiple sectors and industries through the dispersion of critical business knowledge through strategic conferences and summits, 
held ET Customer Experience Management Summit on 31st July 2014 in New Delhi. TATA Motors CVBU - Customer Care was felicitated with Outstanding
 Excellence Award in Customer Service. Mr. Arun Jalali (RMCC - North)  received the award on behalf of TATA Motors from the hands of Mr Shiv  Khera. 
        The summit brought together chief executives from industries  ranging from Automobile, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Real Estate to  Electronics. Recognizing the significance of these sectors as crucial  for nation's growth, the summit aimed to bring together key stakeholders  to deliberate and discuss on the current challenges through focused  interactions and panel discussions. Woven around the theme of  'Delivering Better Experience', the conclave aimed to focus on assessing  the sectors' course ahead and figuring out ways to mitigate risks,  maximize business potential & future-proof the business  profitability. 
         The panel of speakers present also discussed on issues 
related to Customer Service and the importance of engagement of top  management, departments, and employees in creating and practicing common<  vision to build customer centric organization.
